What to do when you can't see data in the tools

There are two possibilities that may cause a tool to not provide data. They are:
- You don't have your Products Uploaded
- There is an issue with your shop connection
To fix these issues, you can Upload your products by going to integrations > edit product data.
*Note: importing your products takes about 15 minutes, but Google may take up to 24 hours to approve them. You can see your approved/disapproved products in integrations > edit product data.
If you can't upload your products, there might be an issue with your shop connection. Check the integrations > shop information to see if there is an issue. If there is, try to reconnect your shop by logging into your shop system and going to app settings.
Still no luck? Message us and we will manually check your shop information.
