There can be various reasons for campaigns that do not display ads. However, the most common causes are:

  • No payment information in your Google Ads account (this is required to serve ads)

  • Google Ads account suspension

  • Rejected products by Google

To verify or deposit payment information, please log in to your Google Ads account and click on the following button:

If your account is suspended, Google will send you several emails containing all relevant information about the identified shopping ad policy violations and account suspensions.

At the end of the period indicated in the alert, your account or website will be reviewed. If all issues are resolved, the warning will be removed and your ads will continue to be delivered. If there are still problems, your account will be suspended and all your products will be disabled in shopping ads. You will receive an email notifying you that your account has been suspended. You will also see the status of your account on both the home page and the Diagnostics page of your account.

Important: When your account is suspended, your products will no longer appear in shopping adverts.

To check if you have rejected products, please log in to your Merchant Center. In the overview you can already see whether products have been rejected (marked red).

If this is the case, click on the menu item Account Problems! There you will find a list of which products were rejected and for what reasons.

If you solve the problems that have been pointed out, you can then request a new check in a form.
