If you see that the connection to your store is down, you can manually reconnect.

To do this, please log into your PrestaShop backend and open the module manager. Scroll down to the PrestaShop Ads module and click on the downward pointing arrow within the tile on the right. Select "Reset." Then click on the arrow again and select "Configure".

After that you will be redirected to the plugin start page. There, please select "Merge account".

You will be redirected to a login window, which offers you to login with Google and emarketing.
If you have already set a password for your account, you can select "Login with emarketing".
If you do not have a password, please select "Login with Google" and log in with the Google account you have linked with us.

You will then be redirected to the tool. Under Integrations you can check if the store connection is now up and running again.

Note: Please note that after this process you will not be able to log in via PrestaShop backend. Please log in via https://app.emarketing.com/auth/login in the future.
